Each successful points/stamps award or completed reward/voucher redemption counts once. Failed operations and retries do not consume another transaction. Free includes virtual cards only.
At the limit, new loyalty transactions pause until your next renewal or admin-approved Premium. Your customer data, balances and history are retained. Premium is ₱499 per month and includes unlimited loyalty transactions and physical card support. Card production, NFC cards and optional handheld terminals are subject to separate availability and pricing.

No. Free has no trial end date. You receive 100 loyalty transactions each monthly cycle from registration, with virtual cards, stamps, points and vouchers. The allowance renews at 12:00 AM Philippine time on the same date each month, or the last day of shorter months.
What counts as a transaction?
Each successful points or stamps award, or completed reward or voucher redemption, counts once toward the shared monthly allowance. Creating an account and viewing a card do not use it. Failed actions and retries do not count twice.
Do customers need an account or an app?
Customers create a Prezstige account to keep their cards and rewards together. They can use the customer web app in a browser or the Prezstige mobile app. A mobile app download is not required to use the web experience.
Can I use stamps, points and vouchers together?
Yes. All three loyalty tools are included. Choose the mechanics that fit your products and services, then set the qualifying purchases and rewards in your merchant workspace.
Do I need physical cards or a new terminal?
Start Free with virtual cards and the web-based merchant and Front Desk tools. Physical card support requires Premium. Ask our team about NFC cards or optional handheld terminals; these are arranged separately.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Request Premium from Plan & usage in your merchant account, or contact prezstige.business@gmail.com. Premium is ₱499/month. Our admins confirm the subscription and approve access; the request alone does not activate it.
