Help, recovery & current limits
When an action is unavailable, use the route below. Do not repeat a failed loyalty transaction until the merchant has checked its record.
Merchant: Merchant self-service profile and later password change
Current Merchant navigation has no Profile/Account Settings page and no later password-change button. The Change Password navigation action is administrator-only.
What to do: Use the mandatory first-login dialog when shown; request administrator recovery or store-profile edits later.
Merchant: Base points conversion belongs to the administrator
Merchants set product prices, redemption costs and quick awards, but cannot change the base pesos-per-point conversion.
What to do: Ask the administrator to update the correct store through Point System → Edit rate.
Merchant: Advanced stamp structures are not in the Merchant category editor
Merchant category fields do not expose milestone tiers or recurring switches. Global categories are commented out of the new-promotion selector.
What to do: Ask the administrator for a store-specific, agreed stamp structure and verify the reward shown to members.
Merchant: Exact stamp closing time is not editable consistently
The new-promotion form has date/time fields, while the edit form presents date-only pickers.
What to do: Ask the administrator to verify the saved deadline when the precise time is material.
Merchant: Uncategorized product management and CSV limitations
Uncategorized Products cards omit the normal Edit/Delete menu; promotion selectors omit uncategorized items. The prior audit identified an unresolved ownership defect in Bulk upload CSV.
What to do: Use manual Add Product, keep active items in a category, and ask support to restore a missing category association instead of duplicating items.
Merchant: Merchant staff email change and recovery button
Email is disabled when editing staff; there is no dedicated staff Send recovery email menu item.
What to do: Merchant can reset a staff password through Reset Password (Optional); use administrator/support for email changes or retrying a failed recovery delivery.
Merchant: Birthday window requires an explicit current confirmation
Merchant editor says birthday date/UTC, while the 10 September audit found the deployed rule used the entire UTC birth month.
What to do: Do not advertise an exact birthday window until the administrator confirms the current rule. Keep the configured benefit product categorized.
Front-desk staff: Staff self-service credential/profile controls are unavailable
Front Desk has Email, Password and Login, but no Profile, Settings, Change Password or Forgot Password screen. Merchant editing supports a password reset; its Email field is disabled.
What to do: Merchant-assisted reset through Front Desks → Edit; escalate login-email changes to authorized support.
Front-desk staff: Front Desk does not issue vouchers
Home exposes Redeem Voucher only. Direct assigned-voucher issuance requires merchant-management access.
What to do: Customer claims an available campaign in My Vouchers, or merchant assigns the voucher; staff then redeem the individual issuance.
Front-desk staff: Check Card stamp shortcut uses the older redemption route
Check Card → Stamp Rewards → Redeem routes to /home/redeem. Its completed-promo listing filters by prior redemption in a way that does not fully represent recurring cycles or milestone rewards.
What to do: Use the current Give Stamp selected-offer flow or Redeem Stamp → Scan Stamp QR.
Front-desk staff: Customer reward countdown may not match server expiry
The earlier source audit identified a fresh five-minute visual countdown even when a pending point request is reused, plus a generic countdown for birthmonth requests with different server expiry rules.
What to do: Follow the server's validation result. Regenerate expired ordinary requests only after resolving an uncertain result; reopen the existing birthmonth entitlement rather than treating it as a normal points request.
Customer: Personal details and login email are not self-service edits
Profile name, phone, birth-date and email rows are read-only despite touch styling. Password and photo changes work; an Edit Profile form is not present.
What to do: Request correction through merchant/support. They must confirm the authorized process for profiles shared across stores; do not promise any merchant can overwrite shared details.
Customer: Redesign labels are not live navigation
The attached redesign identifies itself as an offline prototype with sample data. Current source uses Cards, Notifications, Deals and Rewards, with no separate My Cards, Activity, History or Events tabs.
What to do: Use source-verified labels, describe unlabeled icons by shape and mark guide visuals as illustrative.
Customer: Native release parity is not verified
Mobile source and web export exist; this review does not establish a current installed App Store or Play Store release.
What to do: Use https://web.prezstige.com as the browser entry and note installed-app screens may vary by version.
Customer: Legacy links and missing selected-card context
Some old return-to-login links use an unavailable alias; direct reward links can lack the selected merchant card.
What to do: Use https://web.prezstige.com for login and open the merchant card before the reward.
Customer: Unexpected zero or empty activity needs verification
Some failed points lookups return zero. A displayed zero is not always proof of a real zero balance.
What to do: Refresh/reopen the correct card and have staff check their record before retrying.
Customer: Birthmonth countdown differs from the reward rule
Birthmonth requests use distinct eligibility while the QR screen includes generic expiry presentation.
What to do: Reopen the existing birthmonth QR and have staff validate it instead of assuming the ordinary five-minute rule applies.
What to send when asking for helpTell your merchant or support contact your role, store, approximate time, task, visible error and transaction reference if available.
